Gift Card Policy

This page outlines the Gift Card policy for any purchased Hookahlicious Gift Cards. This page will always be kept to up to date with the latest details on any policy change. There could however be an off chance that changes can happen without any prior notice but we will aim to inform all our customers well in advanced, because that of course is the right thing to do, the Hookahlicious thing to do.

The following applies to the Gift Card Policy:

1. You can spend a portion of the amount of the gift card or all the money on the gift card. 
2. Any remaining balance is saved on the gift card and can be used for any future purposes.
3. You can check your balance of your gift card by clicking on this link... by logging into your account.
4. Hookahlicious gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Hookahlicious gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6. Any remaining balance after the 12 months period will be forfeited.
7. You can top up the gift card balance at any time by selecting 'Contact Us' on the top right corner of the page.
